Richard is a real estate consultant with 4 years’ experience in the industry, giving particular focus to commercial transactions.

He is currently an Associate at Trillium Real Estate Partners, a Nigerian real estate services firm and an affiliate of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). He started his professional career at JLL in 2017 as an intern.

He then subsequently rejoined JLL at the end of his internship where he worked as a real estate consultant. Richard’s main focus here was on managing and delivering strategic real estate solutions for corporate clients.

Prior to joining JLL, Richard had just completed an undergraduate in Business Management from the University of Exeter. He also holds a postgraduate in Marketing from the same institution.

Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the execution of various commercial real estate mandates for international and local firms across the Lagos City landscape.
