Boluwatife is the Administrative Assistant at Trillium Real Est ate Partners. He is responsible for Administrative duties as well supporting the team on all on going transactions.

He works with the company’s consultant on compliance requirements. This extends to ensuring that the company complies with authorized Federal Government Tax Agencies such as Industrial Training Funds (ITF), National Social Insurance Trust Funds (NSITF), and Pay as Your Earn (PAYE).

Regulation of the company’s Withholding Tax Credit Notes, Withholding Tax Receipts and VAT Receipts and VAT Ret urns.

Boluwatife works closely with the Directors to manage and ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.

Boluwatife has over 4 years’ experience in Real Estate where he focused on the retail aspect, operations and facility management.

Boluwatife holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations. He is a member of The Chartered Institute of Public Management and he is currently enrolled in a post graduate degree in Public Administration at the University of Lagos.

Boluwatife is one of the founders of a Non governmental association called “Change Makers (2015)”.
