Tolu is a Senior Associate at Trillium Real Estate Partners, based in Lagos Nigeria. She is responsible for business development, portfolio/asset & transaction management.

Tolu has over 8 years’ experience in the real estate sector and have specialized in executing corporate real estate transactions such as the design and implementation of portfolio optimization strategies for corporate real estate portfolios, transactions management leasing, disposals and acquisitions; business development, advisory services,
research and workplace consultancy.

Prior to Trillium Real Estate Partners, Tolu joined JLL’s Corporate Solutions team in 2015 as an Analyst after which she became a Director at Blue Dahlia Resources Ltd where she ensured the delivery of a full spectrum of real estate services.

Prior to her real estate career, she has years of experience in the Banking Industry where she worked on various desks including; cash management & funds transfer unit, customer service representative unit, treasury, corporate affairs and client relationship management unit.

Tolu holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of The West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom.

Member Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Associate Member, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers in view.
