Suzanne is a Director at Trillium Real Estate Partners, a Nigerian real estate services firm and an affiliate of Jones Lang LaSalle(JLL).
She joined LL in 2017 with the Capital Markets team. Prior to joining JLL, Suzanne was with a real estate firm and served as the Cluster Head of West Africa, managing the West Africa real estate portfolio of an international financial institution.
Prior to this, she was the Portfolio Manager for the international financial institution where she also previously served in the capacity of Acquisitions Manager. Prior to working at the financial institution, Suzanne worked as a solicitor with Abiloye & Co. Solicitors where she practiced property law.
Suzanne has over 14 years’ experience in real estate including corporate real estate, brokerage, real estate portfolio optimization, transaction management and asset management.
She is an expert in the execution of real estate portfolio asset management, disposal strategies for corporates and helping clients align their ownership / occupancy strategy to support their business goals..
Suzanne is a qualified lawyer in Nigeria and the UK with a Master’s degree in Law from Kings College London, University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. She has a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet. Suzanne is working towards receiving her MRICS.
